I discovered the following bugs:

First at start-up it complains about an access denied (System.UnauthorizedAccessException) to "update.dat".
Looks like BBSAK is designed to run only with admin permissions which I do not (XP, regular user).

Second I found a way to produce an endless loop which will eat up one core:

1. Make the main window to show in full screen
2. Press the arrow button which usually shrinks the window
-> BBSAK hangs and eats up one of my CPU cores.

When use "Wipe Device" immediatly a message box says "Wipe finished", but the wipe is not made... you must wait some times.(normal)

Has the v1.70/1.63 "2010 bug" been resolved yet???

I've tried setting back the date; didn't work.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

You have to be connected to the internet when running BBSAK to get rid of this bug.

Device: 8330
OS: 5.0
Environment: Windows 7 Home Premuim, bbsak 1.7 downloaded today, verizon bb curve 8330 running OS 5.0.0.438 Nathanix 4.5 hybrid

Procedure:

1. read system
2. select more than 1 COD (in this case, all themes except precision zen)
3. remove COD(s)

Problem: only 1 of the many COD files is actually removed from the device.

Help? I really don't wanna hafta do this one COD at a time ...
