Hi

I have installed BBSAK but it doesn't seem to be working. I can open the program but when I give it the password, it displays that password is not correct, whereas it is correct and I use the password for unlocking. Can anyone help me?

Thanks a lot.

I have installed BBSAK 1.7, it will not find my device. I have BB DM 5.0.1.37 installed on my machine. I'm running Win 7 Ultimate. I have tried everything I can to no avail, the application worked on my Tour 9630 but won't connect to my Bold 9650.

I have disabled Mass storage on my device, have run the BBSAK exe file as administrator, have run BBSAK with DM running and without. I have no more ideas on how to resolve this issue and would like some suggestions.

Wondering if I should be running an earlier version rather than this Beta version?

I got the same problem with BoDeb, running BBSAK1.7 on Windows 7 Ultimate, can't connect to my Bold 9700. My DM is version 5.0.1 and Bold 9700 version 5.0.0.586(Platform 5.1.0.146)

It always prompt that device is not found

I have tried V1.7, V1.6 and they all tell me the same thing, ***Has expired. Please visit****
I see many people have had this problem, I tried all the solutions posted prior to my post and nothing has worked.
I am running windows 7. I have tried the option to run the program in compatibility mode (windows XP Service pack3)
I have turned back the clock on my computer from 2010 to 2007 and every year in between.
Have done fresh installs per year.

Any ideas? I need to back up my 3rd party apps and my Desktop Manager is not doing it.

UPDATED To Version 1.7.0!

This application is in the beta stages and we will continue to update as we release new versions. Just keep a watch on this thread. BB SAK was built as a JL Cmdr replacement tool with a more friendly GUI. It uses Javaloader to do its magic. I hope that you all will find it as useful as I do. Any thanks post there here in this thread. Also if you post on other sites please use the link provided here, so we can keep count of downloads.

Like the many other avid users of BBSAK, I was wondering when we are going to see support or a fix for win7. I have tried every suggestion to get it to work for me but to no avail. Is there currently an update to the win7 issue? You advise and help will be greatly appreciated thanks.

I found a work around for everyone that has been having problems with BBSAK 1.7 and win7 courtesy of Pete6 creator of the CrackUtil from crackberry forums. Try this out cos it worked for me:

1.Install as normal.
2.Open up the root folder of C:\ in Computer
3.Open up a second windows pointing to C:\Program FIles x86.
4.Drag (Move) the BBSAK folder (or the CrackUtil folder) from Program FIles to C:\
5.Open C:\BBSAK and right click on javaloader.exe.
6.Select Properties and then Compatability.
7.Set to run as administrator
8.Repeat this with the BBSAK executable.

I can't seem to install COD files or even a .jad file i've created from a bunch of COD files. I get the pop-up windows that says the .jad file has been created. I go to install and i'm told .jad file successfully installed. My BB does not reboot though.

Am I doing something wrong? I followed a video tutorial and done what it said but no luck.
