 Post subject: Factory Reset

Hello -

I tried to perform the factory reset on 2 different blackberry bold 8300 devices and it says it completes right when I click ok for the confirmation. However, the IT Policy is still on the device and it doesn't look like anything happened at all. I'm trying to use the BBSAK v1.7 on a windows xp machine with .net framework 2.0 w/sp2.

Any help would be appreciated...
